SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends + holidays). During collection drops or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY

  • CANADA → All orders ship with Canada Post Regular Parcel (tracked). Delivery takes approx. 3–9 business days depending on location.

  • USA → All orders ship with Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. Canada Post handles your package in Canada, then hands it off to USPS for final delivery. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days.

  • WORLDWIDE → Orders ship with Canada Post Tracked Packet International. Delivery usually takes 10–21 business days depending on location + customs clearance.

⚡ We currently offer regular tracked shipping only — no express or expedited options at this time.

DUTIES + TAXES

  • Canada → Orders include GST/HST at checkout.

  • U.S. Shipping — Duty-Free
    We now ship duty-free to the United States. That means you won’t pay import duties when your order arrives. If a carrier ever asks you to pay duties, please refuse the charge and email us at info@sacrdthndr.com with your order and tracking numbers—we’ll handle it.

    • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

    • Carriers: Chit Chats / USPS (standard) and express options at checkout.

    • Tracking: Emailed automatically once your order ships.

    • Lost/Delayed packages: Reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and replace if eligible.

  • International (outside U.S.) → Your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes on delivery. These fees are not collected at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

All orders include tracking. Once shipped, SACRD THNDR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or postal strikes. If your order goes missing, please file a claim with the carrier — we’ll support where possible.

PREORDERS + MADE-TO-ORDER

Some SACRD THNDR pieces are released as preorders or created made-to-order. Processing times will be noted on the product page and override standard timelines.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • Earrings, accessories, and custom builds are FINAL SALE.

  • Bags and apparel may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
